Maple Hatton wants you to be 100% satisfied with your garments. If you are not completely satisfied with the fit of your garments we will either make a contribution to cover cost of alterations at a local tailor of your choice or re-make the garment free of charge.
However, you don't really have to worry as it is highly likely that your shirt will fit you perfectly if you follow our helpful guide to taking your measurements. Just message us via Facebook or at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any concerns and we will assist you.
Alterations by local tailor
If your garments only require minor alterations Maple Hatton will happily make a contribution of up to AU $20 for the costs of alterations at a local tailor of your choice. Simply have the required alterations made at a local tailor of your choice and submit your claim online by completing our online form. This form can be completed by logging into your account and uploading a copy of the receipt from your tailor. Please note if the cost of alterations exceeds the Maple Hatton contribution amount the customer will be required to pay the excess.
If Maple Hatton deems your garment unalterable we will process a re-make for you. To have your garments evaluated for a remake please upload photos of you wearing the garments by logging into your account. After giving approval for a re-make and having received the garments back, Maple Hatton will re-make your garment free of charge.
As our garments are bespoke and made to measure they cannot be resold to anyone else and as a result we unfortunately cannot provide refunds for returned garments. On a case by case basis, we may provide you store credits.
For more information and eligibility for Alterations, Re-makes and Refunds please see our terms and conditions.
